Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines is seeking a Trade Management Operations professional to support brokers and trading desks across APAC in Manila. The role focuses on Name Give Ups, Exchange Traded and Matched Principal activities, ensuring trades are booked and reconciled with strict settlement timelines.

You will collaborate with Front Office, provide risk-aware operations support, and maintain up-to-date SOPs while delivering accurate confirmations to clients within SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Knowledge of cross-asset classes: FX, rates, fixed income, equities.
• Experience in managing trade flow and confirmations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate with Front Office and clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trades are captured and booked accurately in systems.
• Coordinate with brokers and clients to deliver confirmations.
• Monitor trade blotter and reconcile with front office.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
• Maintain audit trails and adherence to SLAs.
