Job summary

TP ICAP is looking for a Senior Market Administrator to provide critical support for front office trading platforms in Manila. You will ensure seamless trade execution, mentor junior team members, and engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Your role will include platform support, incident management, and compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of trading systems, good communication skills, and experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, preferably in credit, rates, FX, or other trading environments.
• Prior experience in a market support or technical operations role.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support for trading platforms.
• Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Lead project initiatives and enhance team documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of trade flows and trading systems

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
