Job summary

HedgeServ in Manila is seeking a Middle Office Associate to join our newly formed team. You will work across trade capture, affirmations, and pricing, supporting clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-growing environment.

This role offers exposure to APAC coverage, interaction with Bloomberg/Reuters pricing, and the chance to contribute to the follow-the-sun model. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 2–3 years’ experience in client service and finance operations.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with multiple applications to perform daily tasks with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Book and price client trades daily; ensure reporting is delivered.
• Support APAC coverage of bank debt instruments and loan contracts.
• Perform PnL checks against market activity and price movements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to settle trades.
• Troubleshoot trade booking and pricing queries across products.
