Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in financial services or consulting.
• Experience with post-trade lifecycle and multi-asset operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery and oversight of Middle Office services to SSO clients.
• Participate in on-site client reviews representing Middle Office across locations.
• Support trade matching and settlement with brokers and custodians within deadlines.
• Monitor timeliness and completeness of downstream operations (settlement, cash, derivatives).
• Provide client services to Middle Office clients with timely issue resolution and documentation.
• Support analysis and queries related to IABOR services on Multifonds.
• Assist Account Management with SLA/KPI monitoring for Middle Office services.
• Coordinate with MSS investment operations and project teams to progress the operating model.
