You will review reconciliation packs, support migrations, and raise exceptions as needed while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong capital markets knowledge and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to financial services.
• 3–5 years of Funds administration experience.
• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Investment Operations services to assigned clients within quality and timing targets.
• Review Postings, Reconciliation Packs and Trades Upload.
• Review deliverables of upstream shells for accuracy of breaks.
• Perform maker/checker activities as required and raise exceptions.
• Maintain mutual relationships with internal customers and business partners.
• Update MIS/trackers and support KPI/process improvements.
