Job summary

Philip Morris International is hiring for a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive in General Santos. You will lead on-ground activations across trade channels to drive brand presence for CC and SFP, ensuring flawless execution and gathering consumer insights.

You will coordinate with CE HQ and local agencies, manage vendors, monitor KPIs, and report learnings to the Supervisor. A Bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
