Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation in Pasay is seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to support the Category Trade Manager in translating strategies into effective trade and channel programs that drive sales and category growth.

You will contribute to trade strategies, plan and manage trade promotions, and identify opportunities to strengthen distribution, visibility and sell-out across channels. This role is office-based at FACC Coral Way, Pasay, with an onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Preferably at least 2 years of field sales experience.

The role goes beyond execution by contributing to the development of trade strategies, planning and managing trade promotions and identifying opportunities to strengthen distribution, visibility and sell-out performance across channels.

Qualifications:

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
