Job summary

Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant to support planning, implementation, and monitoring of trade marketing programs in the Metro Manila area. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and other teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and product visibility is optimized.

The role involves assisting with merchandising, preparing marketing materials, analyzing market trends, and supporting events and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience or internship in trade marketing, sales, or merchandising is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Support merchandising activities and monitor product visibility, displays, and promotional materials.
• Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, reports, and other trade marketing documents.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
• Assist in coordinating promotional events, product launches, and in-store activities.
• Track and consolidate sales, promotional, and trade marketing data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist in monitoring promotional budgets, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and third-party partners for marketing materials and activations.
• Conduct store or market visits when required to check execution and gather market information.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of trade marketing activities and reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
