Job summary

Golden Axis Global Enterprises Corp. in Makati is seeking a Trade Marketing Associate to support planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

You will coordinate with sales, distributors, and retailers to ensure smooth marketing activity implementation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners for smooth marketing activity implementation.
• Manage and distribute POS materials such as displays, posters, shelf talkers, testers, and promotional kits.
• Monitor in-store merchandising, product visibility, shelf placement, and brand guideline compliance.
• Conduct store visits and gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Track and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales and trade marketing reports for management review.
• Support new product launches by coordinating promotional activities and ensuring product availability.
• Monitor trade marketing budgets and assist with PO processing, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and external agencies to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain records of trade promotions, campaign results, and marketing assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve retail execution and increase sell-through.
