Job summary

Mclane Global Phils Inc. is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive sales growth through strategic trade programs, retail execution, and channel development in Makati, Philippines.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve product availability, visibility, and sell-out performance across all trade channels. Responsibilities include designing pilot market experiments, executing promotions, tracking performance, and translating insights into recommendations for national rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG Sales roles.
• Strong background in retail execution and channel management.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in FMCG distribution is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement trade marketing experiments in sandbox or pilot markets.
• Execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and activation programs for test products.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure proper distribution and execution in target outlets.
• Track and analyze sell-out performance, shopper behavior, and promotion effectiveness.
• Identify high-performing trade strategies for scale-up.
• Manage sandbox trade budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop POS materials and retail execution tools for pilot testing.
• Monitor competitor activity within test markets.
• Gather insights from retailers, distributors, and consumers for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for national rollout based on test results.
