Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines at UB Plaza, Pasig City, is seeking a Sales and Development Manager - Trade Finance to drive growth in Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Cash Management services. You will support client acquisition, sales execution, and portfolio expansion while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers, product partners, and operations to deliver tailored client solutions, manage onboarding, and achieve revenue and CASA targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Banking, or related financial services role.
• Strong sales, relationship management and business development skills.
• Knowledge of trade finance products, transaction banking solutions, onboarding processes.
• Strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Understanding of banking regulations, risk management, compliance requirements, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying client opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and supporting Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Cash Management sales initiatives.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and business units to develop client solutions, prepare proposals, support pricing discussions, and convert opportunities into active deals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, service delivery, and resolution of client concerns.
• Monitor portfolio performance, revenue generation, CASA growth, transaction activity, and client usage to identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and partner engagement activities to strengthen business development efforts and support strategic growth initiatives.
