Union Bank of the Philippines in Pasig seeks a Product Manager for Trade Finance to oversee end-to-end cash management product management, ensuring profitability, compliance, and innovation through cross-functional collaboration and market analysis.

You will monitor performance, lead product enhancements, coordinate with sales and implementation teams, resolve client issues, and support regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Product Management within banking.
• Strong understanding of product management, profitability analysis, pricing, and market trends.
• Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders across business and support functions.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, compliance requirements, and product approval processes.

Job Summary: The Product Manager- Trade Finance oversees the end-to-end management and development of cash management products, ensuring profitability, compliance, and innovation by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales initiatives.
