Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines in Pasig seeks a Product Manager for Trade Finance to oversee end-to-end cash management product management, ensuring profitability, compliance, and innovation through cross-functional collaboration and market analysis.

You will monitor performance, lead product enhancements, coordinate with sales and implementation teams, resolve client issues, and support regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Product Management within banking.
Strong understanding of product management, profitability analysis, pricing, and market trends.
Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders across business and support functions.
Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, compliance requirements, and product approval processes.

Responsibilities

Monitor product performance, volumes, revenues, profitability, and pricing competitiveness.
Develop and execute product enhancement, marketing, and sales support initiatives.
Lead product implementation and development projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Support Relationship Managers and Sales in structuring customized solutions for complex client needs.
Resolve client issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
