PAPH TRAVEL AND TOURS is seeking a Tour Package Supervisor to lead the development and optimization of tour packages and travel products. You will supervise the team, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure competitive pricing and strong margins across offerings.

Primary Accountability: MAKE THE PRODUCT PERFORM
The Tour Package Supervisor ensures that tour packages are competitive, profitable, operationally feasible, and ready for sale. The role supervises the PPD team, manages supplier relationships and negotiations, reviews costing and pricing, and monitors product performance from development through implementation.
Supervise the development and improvement of tour packages and travel products.
Review product concepts, itineraries, costing, pricing, inclusions, and supplier arrangements.
Lead supplier coordination and rate negotiations for competitive rates, inclusions, upgrades, and favorable terms.
Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, quality, reliability, and product requirements.
Monitor product sales performance, profitability, competitiveness, customer feedback, and supplier performance.
Identify underperforming products and develop appropriate corrective action and improvement plans.
Validate product readiness before launch, including rates, costing, margins, inventory, terms, documentation, and operational feasibility.
Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance and productivity of PPD Officers.
Assign workloads, establish deadlines, review outputs, and ensure compliance with PPD procedures.
Lead product-related projects such as new package development, supplier renegotiation, cost reduction, product restructuring, pricing improvement, and product optimization.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure successful product implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product development, tour operations, travel contracting, purchasing, sales, or a related travel industry function.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of tour package development, costing, pricing, supplier negotiation, and profitability management.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and product performance.
Experience working with tour suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel partners is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or spreadsheet-based costing and analysis.
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Willing to work in a fast-paced travel and tourism environment.
