C.F. Sharp Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tour Operations professional in Makati to design and cost domestic and international packages, and coordinate cruise-related tours and shore excursions.
You will prepare proposals, manage supplier relationships, and ensure all arrangements meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes client-focused service, crisis handling, and seamless itinerary execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in tour operations, tour guiding, destination management, cruise tours, shore excursions, or a similar role.
Proven experience in developing and costing tour programs and customized itineraries.
Experience in cruise-related operations and handling local or international tour groups is highly preferred.
Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
Design and customize domestic and international tour packages, itineraries, and programs based on clients’ interests, schedules, budgets, and special requirements.
Plan and coordinate cruise-related tours, shore excursions, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
Prepare tour proposals, quotations, cost estimates, itineraries, and other tour-related documents.
Coordinate with hotels, resorts, transport providers, restaurants, tour guides, attractions, local government units (LGUs), and other tourism partners and suppliers.
Conduct or oversee tour briefings and guiding activities, ensuring that accurate and relevant information is provided to clients.
Monitor the implementation of tour programs and ensure that all arrangements are carried out according to the approved itinerary.
Attend promptly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, complaints, emergencies, and other tour-related concerns.
Anticipate operational issues and arrange suitable alternatives when there are changes, delays, cancellations, weather disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Ensure that tours comply with applicable tourism regulations, safety requirements, company standards, and client specifications.
Maintain updated information on destinations, attractions, hotels, transportation services, local regulations, rates, and tourism trends.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain productive working relationships with tourism partners.
Prepare operational reports, tour evaluations, client feedback summaries, and other required documentation.
Perform other tour operations and client-service duties that may be assigned.
