Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Total Rewards Officer on a fixed-term basis to oversee essential TR operations, COE generation, and system data integrity. You will handle end-to-end verifications, payroll-related validations, and access provisioning for new hires and promoted staff.

The role emphasizes timely SLAs, coordination with internal teams, and governance of HR data across TR platforms. A 6-month contract aligns with project-driven workload and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on corporate experience in Compensation, Benefits Administration, or HR Operations.
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SAP OM, Darwinbox, SAP Concur or similar systems is an advantage.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS, ticketing systems, or employee self-service portals.
• Good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to process high-volume data transactions under strict timelines.
• Willing to work on a Fixed-Term Contract (6 months).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end COE generation, signature routing, and external employee background checks.
• Manage daily Total Rewards administrative processes and data integrity.
• Audit, validate, and sign off on third-party provider logs.
• Validate payroll allowances before monthly system cutoffs.
• Provision ESS/MSS access for new hires and promotions within 24 hours.
• Support Fleet and Wellness initiatives logistics as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely TR operations.
