Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Associate on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support Total Rewards operations, HR data integrity, and stakeholder coordination.

You will assist in COE verifications, employee loans, and benefits processing, while maintaining HR systems like SAP HCM, SAP OM, Darwinbox, and SAP Concur. Strong Excel and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SAP OM, Darwinbox, SAP Concur or similar systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a Fixed-Term Contract (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Process and facilitate issuance of COE and employee verification requests.
• Validate employee loan applications and assist in processing Employee Emergency Loans.
• Review and validate employee allowances and related benefit transactions.
• Process ESS and MSS access requests for new hires and supervisors.
• Monitor regularization schedules and coordinate HR tickets.
• Ensure compliance with Total Rewards policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Provide administrative support for fleet management activities and coordinate with vendors.
• Organize employee wellness programs and related activities.
• Prepare and draft employee communications related to compensation and benefits.
• Maintain SAP Concur approver hierarchies and update workflows.
• Support salary benchmarking and salary analyses for offers.
• Update SAP OM structures and maintain job/compensation data in SAP HCM.
• Create and maintain Darwinbox employee accounts.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, confidentiality across systems.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and Total Rewards documentation.
• Maintain organized HR records; support process improvements.
