Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Total Rewards Officer (Fixed-Term Contract) to support compensation, benefits, HR systems, and employee services. You will handle COE, benefit audits, and ESS/MSS provisioning for new hires and promotions.

The role requires 3–4 years in Compensation/Benefits or HR Operations, and experience with HRIS tools such as SAP/HCM, SAP Concur, or Darwinbox. Strong data accuracy and SLA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on corporate experience in Compensation, Benefits Administration or HR Operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SAP OM, Darwinbox, SAP Concur or similar systems.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS familiarity; strong data analysis and auditing skills.
• Willing to work on a Fixed-Term Contract (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Total Rewards administrative processes.
• Certificates of Employment (COE) generation, signatures, and background checks.
• Meet SLA targets for verification requests within 48 hours.
• Audit and approve third-party provider logs and Emergency Employee Loans.
• Validate payroll allowances before monthly cutoffs.
• Provision ESS/MSS access for new hires and promotions.
• Track regularization schedules and assist automation initiatives.
• Assist Fleet management document lifecycle for URC vehicles.
• Support Wellness initiatives and vendor coordination.
