Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course with preference for psychology or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in compensation and benefits.
• Detail-oriented with payroll reporting analysis.
• Knowledge of BIR taxation and government benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data and liaise with outsource providers.
• Manage employee benefits, loans, and insurances.
• Handle offboarding, final pay, and records audits.
• Prepare monthly attendance and employment certificates.
