Job summary

Tech It Easy Business Services, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to oversee company benefits and government-mandated programs. The role administers SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, HMO, and Group Life Insurance, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

You will coordinate with agencies and providers, maintain records, and support Total Rewards and HR operations. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and employee service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or Management.
• Professional certification in HR, compensation and benefits, or labor compliance is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the escalation point for employee concerns on company and government-mandated benefits.
• Ensures compliance with SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth rules and reporting.
• Processes and monitors benefit applications (sickness, maternity, etc.).
• Reviews and computes sickness and maternity benefit claims per policies and guidelines.
• Coordinates with employees and departments regarding benefit requirements and claim status.
• Maintains accurate benefits records and HR documents.
• Supports HR reporting and compliance across programs.
