Job summary

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to manage government-mandated benefits and related programs in Cavite. The role focuses on administering SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and government loans applications, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

You'll coordinate with payroll, establish procedures for employee inquiries, and oversee accurate payroll remittances while supporting local benefits initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or related course.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of HR benefits experience.
• With proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• With good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides centralized HR services on government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Ensures timely facilitation and processing of employees' applications for government loans and all other government-mandated benefits.
• Coordinates with payroll on remittances and reimbursements from different government agencies.
• Establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of HR programs relating to government-mandated and local benefits programs.
• Oversee payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payments.
