Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is seeking an HR Benefits Assistant (Fixed-Term) to support statutory benefits processing, data validation, and records reconciliation during the HCM transition.

You will handle registrations, claims, and government filings with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, while assisting onboarding and benefits cascades to maintain accurate employee records and a smooth HR experience. As a team member, you will coordinate with government agencies, support orientations, and ensure zero

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration or Employee Services.
• Experience processing transactions with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR.
• Bachelor's degree required or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process registrations and benefit claims with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR.
• Coordinate with government AOs and agencies to resolve issues.
• Maintain audit-ready employee benefit records and files.
• Support onboarding, orientations and benefits cascades for employees.
• Assist in data gathering, validation and reconciliation during HCM transition.
