Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Sales and Marketing Associate to promote products, generate sales opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while supporting marketing activities to hit revenue targets.

You will identify prospects, present solutions, manage inquiries, follow up on leads, coordinate with teams for timely delivery, and help run campaigns across social media and other channels to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Promote and present the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and potential sales opportunities to support conversion and revenue growth.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer retention; assist in promotions and campaigns.
• Support management of social media, online marketing, advertisements, and other channels as required.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor customer preferences, competitor activities, pricing, and trends; maintain records of leads and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including performance updates and lead status.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper handling of customer requirements and timely delivery.
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs established by management.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and customer-related duties as assigned.
