Growthbacker in the Philippines is seeking a Growth Manager to develop and execute plans to help acquire and retain clients. You will gather input from clients and internal teams across analytics, operations and marketing to set growth targets and define KPIs.

You will lead sales activities, make cold calls, set up appointments, maintain constant client communication, perform follow-ups, and prepare End of Day reports.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities are required.
• Strong presentation skills are a must.
• Must possess problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues within the growth plan.

• Sales responsibilities including cold calling and setting up appointments.
• Responsible for client engagement and ongoing communication with new and existing clients.
• Perform follow ups and send necessary documents to clients.
• Create and update trackers and gather client feedback.
• Send End of Day reports.
