Job summary

Asurion Clark is seeking a Timekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of Timekeeping Associates and ensure accurate time tracking and payroll for 10,000+ employees. You will collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to deliver timely submissions with strong data integrity.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory timekeeping experience, 3+ years in timekeeping, and proficiency with UKG/Kronos or similar systems; this is an onsite position at Clark, Philippines, with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading professional employees in payroll or timekeeping.
• 3+ years of timekeeping experience.
• Proficiency with UKG/Kronos or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, manage, and train a team of Timekeeping associates to ensure accurate data for payroll feeds.
• Enter Paid Time Off and adjust time as needed to reflect absences or changes.
• Communicate exceptions and payroll deadlines with employees and supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve timekeeping processes and system usage.
