Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, or social commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned TikTok Shop clients.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
• Lead weekly business reviews and monthly performance meetings.
• Develop customized growth strategies aligned with each client’s objectives.
• Manage GMV performance and forecast monthly results.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, creator activations, and product launches.
• Analyze performance data and present actionable recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and escalate issues as needed.
