Igloo in the Philippines is seeking an Ecommerce Partnership Specialist to drive growth through TikTok Shop and social commerce ecosystems. The role blends business development with merchandising instincts: identify high-potential sellers, curate assortments, negotiate exclusive terms, and help merchants maximize GMV via live streams and short videos.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in BD, category management, or merchandising/buying in a major e-commerce setting.
• Deep TikTok Shop expertise, including affiliate console, live-stream operations, and creator matching.
• Proven track record of growing relationships with digital merchants and online sellers.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition & Seller Management: identify, pitch, onboard top e-commerce sellers and brands onto TikTok Shop; negotiate terms.
• Assortment Curation & Trend Analysis: analyze TikTok trends and data to select hero products and optimize pricing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Content and Creator Ops to align products with creators and monitor key seller metrics.
