Biocostech Philippines Corporation is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow its client base in the e-commerce space. You will identify brands and sellers on TikTok Shop and Shopee, pitch services, and close new accounts to drive revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients smoothly. Strong English and Filipino communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee is a big advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Confident in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections.
• Professional, well-groomed, and comfortable in client-facing settings.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
• Organized, with good follow-through on leads and commitments.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients (brands, sellers, and merchants) on TikTok Shop and Shopee
• Pitch our services, run client presentations, and negotiate proposals
• Close new accounts and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deals
• Work with internal teams to make sure new clients are onboarded smoothly
• Keep up with TikTok Shop and Shopee trends, campaigns, and platform updates to spot new opportunities
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
