Job summary

Seller's Hub Inc. in Cavite, Philippines is seeking a TikTok Sales Operations Lead to build and run our TikTok Shop and live selling initiatives. You will manage daily operations, campaigns, and affiliate coordination, while aligning with fulfillment and marketing teams to maximize revenue.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, fast-paced execution, and ongoing process improvements to grow our TikTok presence and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in TikTok Shop Ops, platform management, or ecommerce operations.
• Experience leading a TikTok sales/affiliate/ops team is required.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Live, campaigns, and tools.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Platform Operations: manage daily TikTok Shop and platform operations, oversee live schedules and campaigns, coordinate with operations, fulfillment and marketing.
• Sales & Growth: drive sales and customer acquisition via TikTok, monitor performance, identify high-potential products.
• Team Management: guide hosts, affiliates, and ops staff; monitor performance; support onboarding and training.
• Process Improvement: optimize workflows, stay updated on TikTok trends, document and share best practices.
