Job summary

Influship is hiring a TikTok Shop, Influencer & Social Media Manager to own and grow TikTok as a commerce channel across multiple client accounts. You will manage storefronts, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, UGC, and content strategy to drive measurable GMV and revenue.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to handle multiple brands in a fast-paced environment. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience managing TikTok Shop, influencer/creator programs, social commerce, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience launching, setting up, or managing TikTok Shop accounts.
• Experience working with physical products and e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and optimize TikTok Shop storefronts across assigned client accounts.
• Manage product catalogs, listings, pricing, and product information in coordination with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Build and manage creator affiliate and commission programs to drive TikTok Shop sales.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of TikTok Live Shopping events.
• Monitor TikTok Shop performance, including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and product-level performance.
