Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace support.
• At least 1 year of hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• Experience supporting product listings, catalogs, promotions, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations for assigned brand accounts, including orders and inventory.
• Write and optimize PDP copy and imagery to meet TikTok Shop content and compliance standards.
• Monitor shop-health KPIs and escalate issues to the appropriate owners.
• Resolve listing, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and policy issues.
• Maintain trackers for inventory, orders, promotions, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional requests to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Build recurring performance reports and client dashboards.
• Prepare client updates and meeting materials.
