Job summary

Hire Overseas, a fast-growing snack brand, seeks a TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager to own and scale the TikTok Shop presence and the broader ecommerce ecosystem.

You will manage TikTok Shop end-to-end, run creator and affiliate programs, and launch paid ads across platforms, extending successful TikTok strategies to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire and other wholesale channels. This is a senior, execution-focused role with a strong revenue mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving revenue via TikTok Shop.
• Experience scaling ecommerce across multiple channels.
• Strong data-driven decision making with fast iteration.
• Ability to own initiatives from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop end-to-end, including listings, pricing and promotions.
• Lead creator and affiliate programs with revenue focus.
• Launch and optimize paid ads across channels (TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, Google).
• Expand TikTok learnings to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire and wholesale.
