Job summary

Reliasourcing is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to support day-to-day operations, identify and recruit creators, onboard partners, and manage campaigns for the client’s TikTok Shop program.

The role emphasizes proactive creator sourcing, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Influencer Marketing, Operations, and Ecommerce teams to scale the TikTok Shop business.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple creator relationships.
• Comfortable working New York City hours for alignment with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new TikTok Shop affiliate creators that align with brand and campaign goals.
• Conduct proactive outreach to creators via TikTok Shop, social platforms, email, and other channels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliates through timely communication and ongoing engagement.
• Support creator onboarding and provide resources for successful promotion of products.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective, active, and high-performing affiliates.
• Execute day-to-day operations of the client’s TikTok Shop Affiliate program.
• Process affiliate invitations, campaign enrollments, and commission updates.
• Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely delivery of products to creators.
• Monitor creator participation and follow up on deliverables or campaign requirements.
• Maintain records of creator activity, outreach history, and program performance.
• Partner with Influencer Marketing, Community, Operations, and Ecommerce teams to support campaign execution.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to affiliate campaigns, communications, reporting, and product logistics.
