Digital Executive in a fully remote role is hiring a Client Success Manager for TikTok Shop to work with a growth marketing agency handling 10+ US and UK shops. You will own strategy, drive growth, oversee creator content, and coordinate with US-based clients to deliver results.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on TikTok Shop experience with creative, proactive leadership, excellent English communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop or influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience growing TikTok Shops and developing the strategy behind that growth.
• Strong understanding of creator strategy and content performance.
• Experience leading a team and working with US-based clients.
• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and independent - able to identify problems and move strategy forward without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and ongoing growth of TikTok Shops across a portfolio of DTC clients.
• Develop growth plans based on each brand’s products, goals, and performance.
• Lead and manage the internal team responsible for executing TikTok Shop and creator initiatives.
• Review team output and provide clear feedback to improve creator strategy and content quality.
• Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team with clear direction and next steps.
• Review performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversions, and content output.
• Lead client calls, communicate strategy and results with US-based clients.
• Work closely with creators and influencers to align content with brand strategy.
• Provide actionable feedback on hooks, messaging, positioning, and offers.
