Job summary

Sodarizer is seeking a TikTok Manager to own and grow its TikTok ecosystem, treating TikTok as a revenue engine for shop sales, affiliate growth, content for conversion, and livestream performance.

You will manage the TikTok Shop, build an affiliate network, coordinate conversion-focused content, and drive livestream selling, with close collaboration across content, operations, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or in TikTok commerce.
• Ability to drive sales via TikTok content, affiliates, or live selling.
• Experience recruiting or managing TikTok affiliates or creators.
• Familiarity with planning conversion-focused content and live selling.
• Strong ownership mindset over a single revenue channel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sodarizer's TikTok Shop to drive sales via content, campaigns, and promos.
• Build and lead a network of TikTok affiliates and creators.
• Coordinate short videos, lives, hooks, and offers for conversion.
• Run or support livestream sessions with content and livestream teams.
• Track metrics (sales, CTR, conversion, traffic) and adjust tactics.
• Collaborate with content, operations, and customer service for smooth fulfillment.
