Job summary
Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing staffing and administrative support for international companies. We are seeking an experienced Tier 2 Salesforce Administrator to deliver hands-on technical and functional support across the business, working with users across multiple countries and time zones.
The role requires independent work, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication in English.
Qualifications
- Five+ years of Tier 2 Salesforce support experience.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, Flows, validation rules and data management.
- Experience in a ticket-based service environment.
- Sandbox testing and release-management experience desirable.
- Strong Office 365 / Excel capability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user access and permission issues.
- Review and update standard Salesforce configurations.
- Investigate Flow failures and automation errors.
- Analyse data and perform controlled bulk updates.
- Create meaningful operational and management reporting.
- Translate business issues into clear Salesforce requirements.
- Test solutions and ensure issues are resolved.
- Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Distinguish between training, data, configuration, and development issues.
