Identiti International Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support global operations across the Philippines, UAE, Mexico, India, and the United States.

This full-time, hybrid role requires night-shift alignment with US business hours and onboarding/offboarding management, system configuration, and end-user support. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work autonomously during US hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce software issues.
• Hands-on familiarity with user access management and platform workflows.
• Strong phone and communication skills for end-user technical support.

Responsabilités

• System Administration: Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, user onboarding/offboarding workflows, user roles, security, profiles, and permission sets.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Handle user support requests, troubleshoot platform issues, and conduct support calls directly with end-users to resolve software queries.
• Access Request Management: Efficiently route specialized platform and access requests to cross-functional technical teams.
• Operational Autonomy: Independently manage night-shift support queues, organize priorities, and exercise sound judgment when escalating complex issues.
