Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is seeking a capable administrator to oversee provincial training center operations. The role focuses on program delivery, partnership development, and effective office management to support TESDA programs and services.

The hire will coordinate with the Provincial Director, monitor performance indicators, and ensure compliance with QA standards while fostering community relations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Career Service Professional (2nd Level Eligibility) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages Operations and performs administrative functions of the Provincial Training Center.
• Assists in evaluating program implementation and approves project documents for signature.
• Develops policies and guidelines to ensure efficient delivery of TESDA programs.
• Maintains public relations with partners and communities through MOUs and contracts.
• Coordinates and monitors office operations, staff outputs, and scheduling of programs.
• Leads in preparing reports by coordinating and monitoring submissions by staff.
