Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is seeking a Senior TESD Specialist to lead NTTA program delivery, monitoring, and evaluation. The role focuses on strengthening trainer development, coordinating with TESDA offices and partners, and producing performance analyses for management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of relevant experience, and TESDA eligibility. Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Training: 8 hours of relevant training
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
• Special qualifications include NTTC Holder with Trainer’s Methodology Level II, 5 years TVET experience, and strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Train and lead the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation NTTA programs according to the training calendar
• Coordinates with TESDA offices, accredited centers, and partners for program delivery and participant management
• Prepares communication, reports, statistical summaries, and program performance analyses for NTTA and TESDA management
• Conducts training needs analysis, program assessment, and research to improve trainer development programs
• Develops and implements quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in line with TESDA policies
• Perform other related functions.
