Job summary

Notre Dame of Marbel University in Koronadal is seeking an In-Charge for Paraiso Farm & TESDA Agriculture Program. You will oversee farm operations, plan and endorse projects, and coordinate with farm workers while delivering TESDA-based training. The role includes monitoring trainee performance and preparing documents for TESDA program offerings. You will also recommend materials and equipment and handle admin tasks as directed by the CCC Director.

Qualifications

• Must be agriculture graduate or allied field.
• Holders of TESDA Trainer’s Methodology and National Certificates.
• Computer literate.
• Passion for agriculture and technical education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages farm operation at Paraiso.
• Plans and endorses feasible farm projects and TESDA programs.
• Coordinates with farm workers regarding operation.
• Conducts training to trainees enrolled in TESDA curricula.
• Monitors trainee performance through institutional assessment.
• Prepares and processes documents for TESDA program offerings.
• Recommends materials, equipment and consumables to CCC Director.
• Facilitates request of consumables for trainees.
• Performs other tasks as delegated by the CCC Director.
