1. Deliver and facilitate TESDA/Vocational courses, technical, and other safety courses applicable to the needs of the individual (e.g. Welding, Scaffolding, BMC, JEST, CERT, TRADOC, MoSAR, USAR, Safety Driving, TDC, PDC, OFAT, SFAT, BLST, etc.).
2. Facilitate and assist the company with the accrediting bodies (E.g. TESDA) and work out all documents needed and requested to gain accreditations.
3. Develop and update training courses, modules, handouts, topics, and presentations in reference to the new trend. Propose new courses based on market demand or regulatory changes and recommend improvements to courses.
4. Work with the company's training team, admins, sales and other departments to give leads, inputs/insights, prospect customers, and look ahead plan to improve company's services.
5. Focal point of Safety and Vocational awareness (toolbox/safety talks, staff training, HSE bulletin, etc.), initiatives (Rescue plan, emergency scheme, etc.), programs, implementation and risk assessment.
6. Operate and maintain training equipment, materials, first-aids and other related equipment needed in the training programs.
7. Assist, monitor, and ensure that the company follows relevant regulations and stays accredited to any regulating or accrediting bodies (e.g. DOLE, TESDA, BFP, etc.).
8. Promote a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interactions with trainer and trainees. Administer pre- and post-tests, roleplays, and skill assessments.
9. Ensures availability once reached out by the company staff for delivering training and being flexible to some request of clients and willingly deliver a back-to-back course.
10. Manage reporting and trainees' documents for accreditation purposes.
11. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Represent the executive and company positively during interactions with clients, partners and/or stakeholders.
12. Support the company in its endeavors, sales targets, clients request and drive the business to its goals.
13. Anticipate executive needs and do other tasks relevant to the position as required by the executives - full-time employee.
