Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is seeking a senior ICT leader to direct ICT strategy, information systems governance, and security across TESDA’s central and operating units. The role drives policy, technology roadmaps, and SSOT integrity.

The successful candidate will oversee website management, data integrity, and backup planning while guiding capacity building and procurement governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or CSC Leadership & Management certificate.
• 5 years supervisory/management experience.
• 120 hours of supervisory/management training.
• Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation of strategies and policies for ICT architecture and security.
• Direct the formulation and management of information systems, data governance, and security protocols.
• Coordinate technical support for TESDA units including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Oversee the Agency’s website and SSOT to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
• Lead the development of a service continuity plan and regular backup procedures.
• Lead ICT capacity building for TESDA officials and staff.
• Provide expert recommendations on ICT-related procurement and TORs.
• Perform other delegated functions as needed.
