Responsibilities

• Delivers instructional and learning sessions across basic, common, and core competencies with training programs and trainee evaluation.
• Develops and enhances competency-based learning materials and LMS content.
• Conducts competency assessment through tests, quizzes, and evaluations.
• Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships with industry groups and partners.
• Prepares reports and consolidates documentation, organizing data and records.
• Performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs of training equipment and facilities as needed.
• Utilizes ICT in training delivery using computers and audiovisual tools.
• Conducts research and development on instructional methods and technologies.
• Coordinates admin and technical requirements for training programs and client support.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• (35%) Delivers instructional and learning session in basic, common, and core competencies through center-, community and industry- based training programs, including preparation of session plans, trainee evaluation, assessment, learner support, and trainers training
• (15%) Develops and enhances competency-based learning materials by updating CBLMs, LMS content, presentation materials, and other instructional resources using appropriate technologies
• (10%) Conducts competency assessment and evaluation through the administration of tests, quizzes, and institutional assessments and evaluation of trainee performance
• (8%) Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships by coordinating with industry groups, associations, NGOs, and other partners in the implementation of training programs and special training projects
• (8%) Prepares and consolidates reports and documentation by developing communications, reports, and other required documents and organizing relevant data and records
• (7%) Performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs of training equipment, tools, and facilities within the limits of technical capability and coordinates appropriate repair requirements when necessary
• (5%) Utilizes ICT in training delivery and related activities through the use of computers, multimedia, audio-visual equipment, and other educational technologies
• (5%) Conducts research and development activities on instructional methods, emerging and advanced technologies, and other relevant practices to improve learning materials and training delivery
• (5%) Coordinate administrative and technical requirements for the effective implementation of training programs and related activities, including the provision of technical assistance and client support: and
• (2%) Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
