Mega Prime Foods Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to oversee a designated region, build strong distributor and account partnerships, and drive sales targets.
You will develop territory plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful execution of promotions, launches, and merchandising across Mega products.

This role combines the strategic oversight of a territory with a focus on cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in territory management, and a proven ability to manage major accounts effectively.
Achieve Sales Targets
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned territory, distributor, and account sales targets.
Monitor sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Drive volume, value, distribution, and productivity across assigned accounts and territories.
Manage Distributor and Account Performance
Build and maintain strong business partnerships with assigned distributors and key accounts.
Regularly review distributor performance, inventory levels, sell-in, sell-out, and overall business health.
Ensure distributors are aligned with Mega’s sales strategies, commercial priorities, and execution standards.
Drive Revenue and Profitability
Implement effective revenue management strategies covering pricing, promotions, product mix, and volume growth.
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, SKU contribution, and account profitability.
Monitor business trends and recommend initiatives that support sustainable and profitable growth.
Develop Territory and Account Strategies
Analyze territory and account performance to identify growth opportunities, gaps, and potential risks.
Develop account-specific and territory-specific strategies based on market conditions, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Translate overall company and channel strategies into actionable plans for assigned distributors and accounts.
Ensure Sales Execution
Ensure proper implementation of sales programs, promotions, product launches, merchandising initiatives, and other commercial activities.
Monitor availability, distribution, visibility, and execution of Mega products within assigned accounts and territories.
Conduct regular field visits to assess execution and provide timely recommendations or corrective actions.
Monitor Key Sales Metrics
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sales value, volume, distribution, inventory, sell-in, sell-out, SKU performance, and target achievement.
Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for management.
Use sales data and market insights to improve territory and account performance.
Strengthen Business Partnerships
Establish long-term relationships with distributors, customers, and other business partners.
Conduct regular business reviews and discussions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
Negotiate and coordinate commercial initiatives while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Communicate market feedback, customer concerns, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Support product launches, promotions, and other strategic initiatives within the assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, or a related industry.
Experience in territory management, distributor management, key account handling, or general trade sales is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within an assigned territory or portfolio of accounts.
Strong understanding of sales planning, revenue management, distribution, merchandising, and sales execution.
Good analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate sales data into actionable business strategies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to conduct field work and regular territory visits as required.
