Job summary

Mega Prime Foods Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to oversee a designated region, build strong distributor and account partnerships, and drive sales targets.

You will develop territory plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful execution of promotions, launches, and merchandising across Mega products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 3 years in sales, preferably FMCG or consumer goods.
• Experience in territory, distributor management, or key accounts is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning, distribution, merchandising, and execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; field work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet targets with distributors and accounts.
• Monitor performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and take corrective actions.
• Drive volume, value, distribution, and productivity across accounts and territories.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts.
• Review distributor performance, inventory, sell-in/sell-out, and overall health.
• Ensure alignment with Mega’s sales strategies and execution standards.
• Implement revenue management strategies including pricing and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to improve SKU contribution and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and propose growth initiatives for sustainability.
• Develop account- and territory-specific strategies based on market needs.
