Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall performance of all sales associates to ensure productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and execute area sales strategies and action plans to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies for underperforming sales personnel while recognizing high performers.
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to strengthen sales capabilities and drive a high-performing team.
