• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of all sales associates to ensure productivity.
• Develop and execute assigned area sales strategies, action plans, and initiatives to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors’ activities, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies for underperforming sales personnel while recognizing high performers.
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to sales associates to strengthen capabilities and drive results.
