Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of all sales associates to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement area sales strategies and action plans to consistently meet targets.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify opportunities.
• Create and execute performance improvement plans for underperforming staff while recognizing top performers.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen sales capabilities and build a high-performing team.
