Job summary

VTSA International Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive both strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on sales activities.

You will develop campaigns, identify and nurture clients, and present tailored proposals to close opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. The role emphasizes leveraging digital marketing tools and CRM systems, collaborating across teams, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar commercial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
• Identify, prospect and nurture potential clients and business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold outreach and digital platforms.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data and campaign effectiveness to optimize results and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development of marketing materials including content, graphics, brochures and digital assets that effectively communicate value proposition.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progression using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
