Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative based in South Caloocan, Metro Manila.

You will drive sales growth across your territory, nurture key accounts, and serve as the primary contact for customers to help achieve revenue targets. You will cultivate relationships, present products, negotiate deals, and collaborate with delivery and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in account/territory sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present, demonstrate and negotiate sales of products and services to meet customer needs and company objectives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide timely feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations and contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Manage customer accounts proactively, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in trade shows, promotional events and networking activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline developments using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, customer service and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
